Swimming pool � Swimming Beach

A swimming pool (8,0m x 4,70m) is attached to the north side of the veranda (250m2), overlooking the sea. Going to the almost private sandy � small gravel beach, is convenient through the 1.100 m, non-paved road (20′ minutes walk), going just around the top of the small hill.

The architectural design of the house fits ideally in the surrounding environment.
